Viral Doshi is the Chief Operations Officer at the International Academy Of Life and holds a bachelors degree in Engineering specializing in Information Technology. In addition, he has been awarded a Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy by the Indian Board of Alternative Medicine. He has worked with Tata Consultancy Services, Asia’s leading IT Services Company as a Systems Analyst and a corporate trainer. He is also UNESCO delegate working actively to promote peace through cultural unity in the Indian Subcontinent.

Harish Sairaman is a skilled trainer with over ten years of business experience which includes business development, sales, training and various support roles, ensuring the success of an organization. As a business graduate, and a qualified MBA in Marketing, he has also completed an Executive Program in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC).

His expertise has been displayed across a spectrum of industries, from sales, marketing counseling and training. His key responsibilities have included Business Development, Client’s Need Analysis, Designing Training Solutions, Consulting, Training Execution and Content Development for Training Solutions Projects.
