The hallmark of this programme is the understanding of the dynamics between the mind and its manifestation.

This programme revolves around bringing about a significant difference in the way we feel and respond to situations in our personal and professional spheres by bringing about a change in the way we think.

For optimum gain, the below mentioned 2 hour programmes are conducted once in a week for 4 weeks. When interspersed with daily tasks of self-introspection and self-programming based on techniques taught, a radical transformation is brought about in the way one feels and performs personally and professionally.

Session 1 - Mind evolution for the life revolution

  • Familiarizing the participants with the vast reservoir of untapped potential of our subconscious mind and how to use it for positive re-shaping.
  • Programming one's mind in a state of amplified awareness. [Technique]
  • Relaxing in 3 minutes and 30 seconds. [Technique]
  • Assignment : Practicing mind-programming for re-enforcement for 5 minutes a day.

Session 2 - E-motion = Empowered motion

  • Understanding the powers of emotions in our life.
  • Learning how to constructively channelize them in our life.
  • Neutralizing negative emotions. [Technique]
  • Assignment : Self-help practice and introspection for 15 minutes.

Session 3 - Past resolution for the future revolution

  • Learning how to identify the old destructive patterns of our lives which are currently ruling us.
  • Tracing the roots of our self-sabotaging, and self-destructive behavior in our past for the purpose of  permanent resolution.
  • Resolving primary relationships of our life in order to bring about harmony in current life relationships.
  • Successful challenging, eradication and constructive replacement of restrictive belief system. [Technique]
  • Assignment : Self-help practice and introspection for 15 minutes

Session 4 - Sleep your way to success

  • Getting maximum benefit out of minimum sleeping hours.
  • Letting go the negative effects of unpleasant events during the day.
  • Programming the subconscious mind during the sleep.
  • Dream analysis and dream therapy.
  • Enhanced rejuvenation during sleep.
  • A 5 minutes power-nap for instant rejuvenation. [Technique] 
  • Assignment : Emotional Balancing Technique to be practiced before sleep for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
